I was completely scammed by this company. After "updating" my free profile, I found $49.99 charge on my phone bill. I shortly received my welcome letter stating the membership fee. I called to complain and get a refund. I was told that they had a recording of my verifying that I could be charged for my membership. After calling back three times, I asked to listen to my tape with a manager. They were having "technical difficulties" and I was told after a 5 minutes wait, they could not play my tape, and I would be receiving a refund. I called ATT and got a 3rd party block as well. Who knew 3rd parties could charge to your telephone bill.
