We have had a bad experience with this company which has conned us out of approximately $200. We had signed up for a 30 month contract which isn't due to expire until Feb 2011, suddenly our account was suspended and after ringing the United States (we are in the UK), five times, we eventually were telephoned back by someone who said that we had "too many hits on our site" and had "used too many resources". We had no prior warning of this other than immediate suspension of the account. To support his argument he quoted "section 9" which stipulated arbitrary discretion on the part of the company to suspend our account. This man that we dealt with was rude, obnoxious and obviously a high pressure salesman. He wanted us to part with $720.00 (£440.85) to upgrade the account and said we could get a refund for the 18 months outstanding on the previous contract if we upgraded. He telephoned us at 7:30pm our time (3rd September, 2009) and said we only had until the close of his business day to make a decision to upgrade. Obviously not enough time despite numerous attempts by ourselves to phone him days before. We do not have that money at this time and we were told the account would be cancelled immediately and no refund would be forthcoming. What will happen to this company ultimately is mystery however in the meantime, I have it in my power, as you all do, to make sure friends and colleagues do not do business with them in future. Definitely not recommended.
