Their website is not complete and does not allow you to choose the full range of choices that they advertise. They have a "choose your color" for certain TV stands. However, I sent them a paint swatch they could not paint it that color.
I went to the show room in Santa Clara and it is not a show room but a warehouse to get rid of many unsold items and/or defective items. None or few of the items they advertise on line exist in the show room.
Although I could not fully get the information needed to make a decision concerning a purchase I unfortunately gave them the benefit of the doubt and purchased a TV stand that was assembled and painted “the choose your color” Which I could not for unspecified reasons, then at the last minute they told me the item I purchased assembled was to be delivered UNASEMBLED! In a box.
After I had paid the EXTRA COST to have it delivered INTO my home rather than curbside. If I had known that what I had purchased on line assembled would be delivered unassembled in a box I would not have paid the extra money to have them bring it into my house or even purchase the item.
Of course they told me that none of my purchase could be changed. And then the ultimate deal breaker was that the item was delivered an hour late! Recommendation DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY overall the experience was horrible!
