Moving with Four Seasons Vanlines was one of the most frustrating experiences for both my husband and I. The customer representative (Josh) was very nice and courteous before we paid our deposit but as soon as we had confirmed our move with them with a payment, everything changed. We've moved many many times before and had never encountered such terrible customer service. Not only was the service bad, the delivery was late. They delayed more than 4 times. When they finally delivered, some of our items were badly damaged. Our TV had a huge crack on the top (it was in new condition prior to the move), our bookcase was broken, our lamps were broken. They even claimed that there is nothing we can do about the lamps since they were not covered by insurance...But that doesn't mean they can break everything!
I would suggest anyone who is planning to relocate their home and family not to use this company to avoid all the frustration.
