I had a second bathroom redone with new tile and a tub. The work was not very professional and the final outcome was not to my satisfaction. I called and explained the situation and was not helped. I called for months and even went to the shop in Mission Viejo. They finally sent someone out to look at the work and agreed that it could have been better. They said they would locate the same tile and send someone out to redo the not so good areas. They never came. I have called over 20 times and get the same answer. I even filed a complaint with the BBB and they can't even respond. I can now see why they are graded an F. I would never use them and would never refer them to a friend or family member.
