Tim Koester (Eurostone Masters) did not follow-up to fix mistakes or product failures. If selecting zero stars was an option, I'd choose it. My fist experience with Eurostone Masters was positive the work was good and Tim followed-up to fix one blemished
area. The second experience has left me feeling like a victim. He rushed the preparation due to a forecast of rain and then when many areas began cracking and breaking loose, he wouldn't return calls for long periods of time, when he did call, he would promise
repair dates and not show up. Tim has not responded to any calls or texts for over nine months. Even after filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau Tim did not respond. Save yourself a GIANT headache and ugly overlay work. DON'T HIRE TIM KOESTER. DON'T
HIRE EUROSTONE MASTERS!!!
