We used Elegant Improvement back in October of 2008 to remodel our kitchen and install travertine in the kitchen , bathroom, entryway and stairs. As the contractor, your bid far surpassed all other bids we received. Not only they give us a beautiful home for the money, they never pushed us to do anything other than what we were looking for and always making us feel as though we were their only clients, giving us that personal touch. The crew was polite, trust worthy and efficient. The work was completed as promised, never leaving in the middle of the job to work on other projects. The job was completed in 3 weeks as promised and the quality of the work was suburb.
We recently decided to replace the carpet in our home with additional travertine and hardwood floors. I had gotten a few other bids for wood floors. The previous bids I received did not come close to what Elegant Improvement could do for us. For $100.00 less that we were quoted for two rooms of laminate floors, we received two beautiful rooms of hard wood, travertine in our upstairs hall way to match the stairway, guest bathroom and the master bathroom which was also retiled, this in 4 days as promised. Our home now has the most beautiful hard wood floors (not laminate) that far exceed our expectations.
