This was a pleasurable experience here. I was happy to get all of my questions answered before even talking about buying. As I was there to purchase the brand new Corvette, i figured i would hard sold on upgrades and extras. But i wasn't. When the sales guy found out i might know more than he does about the particular specs on the vehicle i was asking about, here came one of the most knowledgeable Service managers i have ever met in my life. He answered my specific questions and he basically sold me the car.
I would say the first young man knew plenty, but since i have the knowledge i have about Chevy's, Noel was the right man to talk to about the car i wanted.
Since owning this car the service has been impeccable every time i bring it in. No doubt in my mind Noel has his employees well trained back there.
My hat is off to Ed and his choice of employees! Way to go guys! See you when the next body style comes out!
