NEVER GO HERE, EVER!!

NEGATIVE ELEVENTY BILLION STARS!

I ordered a couple of items November 21. Half of the items were damaged, and had to be replaced. It happens, I get it. It's been another 5 weeks. I have only called maybe 3 or 4 times to pleasantly check delivery of the replacement parts. Today, I went by the store - in hindsight: a mistake maybe.

When I pull in the owner had just walked out the front door. He looks at me and says "aww, crap (chit)" (I saw him and heard him clearly.) and does an about face and follows me into the store. I asked the Henrietta behind the counter when the furniture might be in, she asks my name and the mfg involved. The owner pipes in with "we just received notification today that it shipped on Jan 21st. It's coming from the east coast". I said that I had been told that it shipped 3 times in the last 2 weeks, was this time any different. He says yeah, it'll be a few more days. I said "whatever, if you're sure this time." I headed for the door and threw it open, the door hit the frame and I walked away.

The owner Mike Wilson comes out and begins a stream of profanity that disgusted me & pissed me off. Well, not really, but he tried to be big Mr Billy Badass. Standing right in my face (6 inches) "did I try to break the door? eff this and eff that, he'll shove his foot up my ass, people like me, blah, blah, blah, I'm a piece of chit (crap) and I should tell my friends to never shop there, etc, etc, while spraying spittle on my shirt. Unfortunately he never would touch me, but he even stood real tall and resorted to a "you effing dwarf!" comment WTF? I'm 6' and he's like 6'2". Neither one of us is a midget in an average crowd. I did mention that he should back the efff up out of my face, and if I'd wanted to break the door it would absolutely positively been broken. He told me to send someone else to pick up my stuff, and I just said nah, I'll be back. He told me to bring a witness... REALLY? A witness? His worker and Henrietta came out and pulled him back in the store, but I'm sitting here still very irritated.
As mentioned everything they sell is "special ordered" and "non-returnable" from a catalog, and I need them to have a matched set.

The wife is going to the credit card company to delay payment or get the money back for product not received yet, but I'm interested in filing a report with the BBB also, and may press charges for verbally threatening to assault me.

*update*
Well, I took the Sheriff as my witness to pick up the furniture which was apparently received on 2/10, 20 days after "it was shipped" on Jan 21st. I didn't have to talk to Mike again, but the employee who got my stuff says the boss needs mental counseling for "anger management". What a joke!
