I generally do not write reviews about any company but this has been one of the best experiences I have had over the internet. On Sunday night my wife and I decided to buy a tv and home theater system. We shopped for several hours and we ended up buying the tv from one company and the home theater system from thenerds.net. We had to look them up in bbb.org because we thought it was a joke, but they checked out.
On Monday morning we got a call to confirm our address and to verify that we had actually ordered the system. We had the system by tuesday. It was exactly what we had ordered, and it was well packaged. We did not even pay for expedited shipping.
Unfortunately, they did not have the tv we wanted, as we just checked our order from the other company and they have not even shipped yet.
Way to go nerds!
