DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They are liars and swindlers. They have deceiving practices and they change their story every time they call.
They keep calling to offer me free gifts - to lock me into buying more toner! Every time they change their story. In the beginning I agreed to buy ONE toner, and the next time they called they swore the agreement was for 4. Fine - I paid and I talked to a Stanley and he confirmed that I was done with any agreements - I was not locked into buying any more toner.
Now Jordan Webb just called and said that they were sending me a DVD player and all of a sudden I only received 4 out of 12 toners! They were going to send me 8 more toners and bill me again! I was livid - I wanted to speak to a manager and he said that he was the manager and that there was nobody higher. Then he said that there was no reason for me to get upset over such a little matter. I said to NOT send me the gift and don't send me any more toner because I am not paying for them. As he was letting me go he said that he was sending me a catalog.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - YOU WILL NEVER GET RID OF THEM - THEY ARE LIKE COCKROACHES!!!
