Service is terrible

The ring is nice, and what I expected. it was delivered much later than anticipated and I am trying to return it now. It has been weeks. They continuously ask for the order number, which is in the subject and first line of every email I have sent. They have continuously asked for photos, and refuse to respond without a photo, and I received a very long email asking me to sell the ring to a friend or family member. Weeks later, I still have not received information on how to return the ring.
