Oh how I wish I had looked up complaints before buying from them, I ordered a car seat cover and 3 weeks later I hadn't heard anything, spent the next week trying to get ANYONE to respond to e-mails/phone calls and NEVER RECEIVED A REPLY! I went online and yes, they have a HORRIBLE record with the BBB, I think about 6 other people have made reports about ordering something, the amount being charged that same day, and never receiving it. Most were out over $100, luckily my bank was very fast and helpful, they credited my account back for the amount charged the same day I filed the dispute. Bottom line- DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I have included the link to the BBB website (chic covers is NOT bbb accredited by the way) I hope this is helpful to anyone considering buying from them!!!
