I went in to the store on Sunday. They didn't have the helmet I needed but said that 2 of them would be there on Monday. I asked if they would hold one for me. No...you have to place a special order and pay for it, then they will hold one . So I paid..., AND NOW THEY CAN'T GET THE HELMET. No big deal...I ll just get my money back and move on. BUT WAIT...they take the money out of my bank account on Monday ($313), and tell me that I have to wait 15 DAYS to get a refund...NO WAY!!! They ll never get another penny from me. The manager (?), Raj just quotes some policy
