I did NOT find Carlos Orozco of "Carlos Tree Service" to be dependable. He did not show up at the time we had arranged for his services, nor did he phone us to say he would be delayed for any reason. After waiting 4 hours, he finally arrived with his crew expecting to do the work that should have started at 9AM.
He offered no explanations for not being there on time, nor did he extend any apologies or exhibit any remorse. We decided that this kind of attitude did not give us any confidence in his business acumen or his level of work experience, and we cancelled the arranged tree service with him. We do not, in all honesty, have any experience in how well he does perform his work, only in how he conducts his business.
