Ordered 550 chairs from CT Direct -- Larry Hoffman. Larry promised delivery in 2 days -- 2 weeks later received 300 chairs, and have been waiting two months for the balance. Larry promises the chairs are on the "truck", and I will be getting them...Larry has been saying this for 1 month, refuses to refund money. Phone calls and emails go unanswered.
Having to pursue legal remedies, and am afraid I am in line with other people who have paid for merchandise that CT Direct does not deliver. We are a non-profit organization, and would not recommend anyone to purchase from this organization. I wonder who their 10,000 satisfied customers are as their web-site claims -- I am certainly not one.
