They are seriously unprofessional and in need of new staff and new management. They ruined our New Years weekend and basically told us "too bad." They told us that they would refund us for their mistake and after we left town, they conveniently "changed their mind" and will no longer honor their word. They were definitely at fault and would not own up to it. The owners daughter is one of the managers and is rude and unprofessional. Most likely because her job is secured she feels that she doesnt have to give good customer service. Book with big bear vacation rentals. They are way more legit.
