Coins missing from delevery!

When I opened the tightly sealed, well warped box, I found that the two most expensive coins were missing. I immediately sent an e-mail asking what they were going to do. After a week and several e-mails and many phone calls they have made no attempt at contacting me. While looking for reviews on other sites, I found similar complaints on other sights.
