HORRIBLE SERVICE, DO NOT STAND BY THEIR SATISFACTION GUARANTEE!
I dropped off my car and the electricity went out. I paid $17.95 for wash to included vacuum, air freshner and wax. Since the electricity was out, my car was not vacuumed, no air freshner was applied and no wax on my car. When I mentioned this to the cashier he called the manager RAUL CAMACHO and he said I would receive a FREE WAX WASH on my next visit. Now thinking of it, if I didn’t say anything nothing would have happened (this tells you how they work at the car wash).
When I received my car I noticed the car did not the freshner nor were the mats cleaned. I felt it was ok as I was going to receive my next wash on the house for my inconvenience and the fact they took a little too long to get my car back to me.
I went to visit the wash two weeks later and presented the card RAUL CAMACHO provided and was told to pay for the wash and was given a $2.00 discount. When I asked to speak with a manager RAUL shows up I reminded him of what happened and he started to argue with me that “he is not in business of washing cars for free” . I was reasonable with him and explained I have been visiting the car wash for the last ten years and he was at fault. He started to say “if you don’t want to pay don’t get your car washed”. BEACON CAR WASH does not follow their pledge of SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. Employees like RAUL show they do not care about their customers. I went on company website and received no reply. If the company does not care you know how they ended up with a manager life RAUL. All I can say is if you frequent a business for this long and this is the loyalty they give you its not worth giving them any business. STAY AWAY FROM BEACON CAR WASH in IRVINE!
