What a Joke!!!!! I started the process at the end of July and we are at the end of December with No results. All I can say is that dealing with this Company has been nothing but headeaches. It took months to get return phone calls and the employees are completely incompetent!!!!!! Don't waste your frustration or money. They deserve the F Rating they have. They been paid 90% of the money to do our modification and nothing has been done. I have even had to go down to their offices in person twice with no results. Worst company I have ever dealt with!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
