We signed up with Bankcard in April 2010, we also had high pressure, and empty promises from the sales rep. Once we started processing transactions the problems began, It's the same everywhere you look. They hold your money and they will not return your call, emails or letters. This company is unbelievable and totally misleading. Their employees make a game out of dealing with their clients. I have written a four page letter, I have called and left over fifty phone messages, I have emailed them. They refuse to respond.
The only thing you can do 1. DO NOT USE Bankcard USA! 2.If you are going through a similar experience, contact your state Attorney General as I have, It's free and easy you can do a business complaint on line. If enough victims follow through your state attorney general will act.
