Awful experience! I ordered a double stroller from Baby Haven and I was so excited as it was a great price and free shipping. I waited and waited but the shipment never showed. I kept searching for a tracking number and finally contacted them. They responded that my stroller was no longer available. This was a week and half after I submitted my order. I then asked if I could get another double stroller similar in price and they responded with "we have no more double strollers". I was disappointed that they messed up my order, did not contact me in a timely manner, and then unwhilling to find a way to help me get another double stroller. I was not even offered anything for the inconvenience. I will NEVER shop at Baby Haven again!!!!
