Very poor service. I will never recommend them and cant wait till I am am finished with my braces. Otherwise I would never go back again... Its all smiles till they have you in, then once you are committed you are stuck. Good luck getting a convenient appt. Oh and hope you don't get certain dental assistants - you can tell they are straight out of school with little or no experience. NOT RECOMMENDED!!
I do want to give them a balanced review so I will add that the braces are working and my teeth are straighter. Hopefully they will be don't soon so i can find another dentist.
Also Lacey of their staff is a shining star... seems to be the one truly running the team and does a great job. Also the Ortho Dentist is very good - granted you will only get to see her for about 10 seconds since the office is designed for volume.
