The company representative made a lot of product claims for which he could not back up. In addition, the reps claims to have NASA technology but had ZERO PROOF on this claim and/or proper information. He made more claims on what other water treatment companies can't do as opposed to what they can offer. I had a bad experience with this Aqua Kleen's representative - I'm not sure if the NASA information is true with this company, but you would think if it was... They would have Proof. I plan on contacting NASA about claim.
