Hello Folks,
I purchased a pair of their top of the line hearing aid and after trying for a while returned it to where I purchased it from.
When we (my husband & I)purchased it noticed that they are not processing the credit cards using the conventional method that is swiping the card and entering the amount & giving you a receipt, the same thing happened when I returned it; the front lady gave me a business card with a first name, phone number, full refund amount and signature. We waited for few days and called the office where we bought it from (not the one on the back of the B Card) she told us to give 1-2 more days, (BTW we were constantly checking our bank account online) we called the number that she gave us; we asked for the name she wasn't there and the lady told us she will call us back which she didn't.
Next day I called and asked for her and when I asked for the refund she said it will take 3 weeks which by adding the 1 week from when we returned the item it adds up to a full month for refund which we think it is not the Best of the Business Practices for refunding $6,200.
