I contracted American Alliance Auto Transport to transport my vehicle January 4th. They told me 5 times it was being picked up after I had to call every time when no one showed up. 2 weeks went by and nothing. I called and they said they would refund my money. Waited a week and nothing. Called again and they knew nothing of the first call for refund, but said they would refund my money. Again, nothing. Found out by contacting the west palm beach BBB.org that the company had a "F" rating, they lowest you can have, and refuses to answer to complaints. I have filed several complaints, including with the Florida Attorney generals office for fraud. Nothing on there website or there recorded message is true. Please beware of this company.
