THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I signed on with Alkana in May of 2008 and my situation has not been resolved yet!!! As it stands right now, my mortgage actually went up over $400!!!! The person handling my case has changed at least 8 times. I can never reach them without asking for a manager. They are just awful. They even had the nerve to have an attitude with me when I told them of my concerns of how they were handling my case. I am trying now to find someone else to take over this process. I want to request a refund and possilby sue them!!!!!
