I tend to be critical of companies. If I pay for a service, I want the service to be performed correctly or well. Austin's attention to detail was amazing. His report, more than impressive (and a bit scary but that's his job). I don't think he left a stone unturned in the 1600 sq' house he inspected for us. As a result, we don't know that we'll be able to find a common meeting ground with the sellers (we hope we will). He gave me unsolicited information as well and I really appreciate having that little extra knowledge.
The online color (printable in .pdf format) report is over 100 pages long that includes labels on what he examined and positive or negative information about what he inspected.
He's great. I cannot say enough good things about his work.
