MOST DISHONEST COMPANY EVER!!

Affordable Floors (and its owner Steve) is the worst flooring company I have ever dealt with, and possibly one of the worst service companies I have ever come into contact with. Steve will do anything he can to get your business, and come in with a low bid. However, after the job has started, he will give you change order after change order for things that his sales rep said were included and is flat out dishonest. He told me it was "my job" as a customer to ask questions regarding his bid, rather than his job to specify what exactly is included. And by included I mean nitty, gritty details that I assumed were included because it was so obvious - like closets, one stair, etc.
On top of his change orders, he is the rudest person I have ever had to deal with. Some of the tile and wood installers who worked for him were great, yet he treated them so poorly it made me sick. The one exception was the carpet installers who were rude, and did an atrocious job on my carpet. I only wish I had another $4,000 dollars laying around to get new carpet, because I hate it. DON'T use Affordable Floors. You will regret it.
