I am usually pretty careful about the companies I do business with over the phone or Internet, but I let my guard down and am now embroiled in a mess with this company. I fell for the shopping spree, because their sales guy told me I could cancel the subscriptions if I didn't like the magazines. I didn't like the magazines and told them to cancel. They kept drafting my account so I stopped it at the bank. Their first "customer service" call was a threat to sue me if I didn't pay up right now!I never did take them up on their shopping spree. Going for the full refund now.
