Great sales job concerning the company's capabilities -- seems to be the best part of working with the company! Telling and doing are fundamentally different. I needed to negotiate with the IRS for two years of taxes, get the amount reduced, and once done,
establish an affordable payment plan. After payment to the Company Results: Only a lower payment plan, but only after constant complaining. There was no reduction of the principle amount. According to other sources, I could have done just as good or better
directly working with the IRS or another company. Be aware. This company must be prodded by the customer for information and case status. Not very user friendly.
