KEEP AWAY IF AT ALL POSSIBLE>
The worst ever. Stay away. My refund is over 60 days late, Over payment was issued at the time of payoff, and its been 2 months since they received the payoff, and still yet to pay me back. I called 4 times, and payment status still showing as pending, I even spoke to a supervisor who didn't have any answers and kept telling me to call back after 7 days (her name is Stephanie I believe) to check on the payment status because she was to send an email to ask about the delay. She tends to hear herself mostly, because she would talk over me when I speak, I can only assume she has a hearing problem, because her voice kept getting louder and louder every time I ask her a question, until she hung up on me. I promised myself not to ever drive a Hyundai again, even if it was gifted to me, let alone finance one through them. I always thought Government agencies are the worst, until now!
