We first worked with Global Resources almost four years ago. At that time, we needed help with a succession plan and some managerial restructuring. This time around we needed help with moving some of our process and reporting into this century. We also wanted to revamp how we approach some of our marketing processes. I was more than satisfied in how well GR was able to work with our staff and make significant process in only the first couple of weeks. While I still feel like we have some issues that need to be worked out our time with Kevin was worth it from both a time management standpoint and for what we were charged.
