Brought a car is 08 that was way over priced. I knew when brought it the due date was off from my pay cycle, they said that is OK you have a 10 day grace period...That is when the nightmare began of harassment. I couldn't even count the number of harassing
calls, the threats, one lady even told me I should let my children starve to make my payment, more agents called my references posing as "Child Protective services" to get in contact with me and another forgot to hang up the phone after leaving me a message
and said "F this b*&^%" despite having sent them certified letters not to contact me or anyone else via phone. They changed my payment due date without my knowledge or approval. I was within a year of paying off a 7 year loan when I found my pay off amount
tripled after having only 2 defferred payments in that time. I finally had enough of these people. I finally started recording these people every time they called to prepare for legal action. I don't care how far people are behind on payments, no one has the
right to break the laws. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!
