As experienced in a local Reno-Sparks.. Apria health home equipment, and delivery had it's timely challenges in-home delivery seemed always cordial, friendly, sometimes the pre-notifications by telepphone on delivery was not very accomdating, on which days ahead and the floating time provided. Over-all, pre-delivery and set-up of medical devices were handled effeciently to an satisfactory manner. How-ever,presently, there is grave concerns to the cross communication of customer support ie..and another conflicting individual departments that seems to have exacerbated problems, and needs better oversight. An limited patient, nor family members should not have to ever intervene between an patient's physician, and an improper medical administration lacks, and the insurance-payment, now made worse..All the notifications After three general physician appointments to attempt correct documentation on initial fax script that now,an lost fax of Doctors,script request-(incorrectly coded) now caused serious change on an entire initial needed home equipment, threatens patient's insurer to interrupt payment-mthly flow.
Any local-sales branch-knowledgable Apria rep. could have had direct means to visit the medical group-physician,or medical groups administration to resolve instead of exacerbating with 100's of cubicle rep's inbetween partitions.
