My daughter received supplies from Apria Healthcare from June of 2008 to June of 2010. I had a headache dealing with them regarding recurring bills and late deliveries. They been billing me erroneously and when they give the refund, they will bill me again for the same invoice after 3 months. It's a lot of time wasted just to deal with them. They been doing this over and over again. I even contacted the higher level position and the State Manager to help me with this. But this is an ordeal that they put not only to me as I've learned in this BBB Review but to others as well. This business practice must be put into stop and there must be a government organization to audit them ASAP. Today, I received another letter for payment. I already paid them and closed my book when I transferred to a better company. I don't have any headache with my new supplier. Patients must move to another Medical Supplier ASAP if they want to make their life easier. One star for them, just to have one rating.
