Tiffany was fantastic! I just received my Schwinn AC Performance Bike today within 6 business days of when I placed the order. She was also very patient, kind, and knowledgeable with all my questions. I grew up going to spin classes and was fairly picky with my bike and what I wanted. Tiffany gave me a great deal while being upfront and honest about their merchandise. It helped me trust her opinion all the more knowing she was a personal trainer and personally used these bikes. The bike is great quality, brand new, easy to put together and has a lifetime warranty on parts. I would hands down recommend this company.
