I hired this service for a speeding ticket I received out of county, they help me setting up a "Trial by Written Declaration", they provided all the wording to submit to the court. But when I got a negative verdict with the possibility to appeal by requesting a "Trial de Novo" (new trial), I tried to contact them for advice and they never returned my calls even after several attempts. Every time I called entering prompt as an existing customer they never answered the phone. When instead I dialed their number posing as a new potential customer someone would pick up immediately, as I asked the receptionist to speak with my advisor, Exavier, she would tell me he wasn't in but I could leave a message for him to return my call, he never did. I did this numerous times for several days until the time frame for requesting my appeal expired. I paid this guys $350.
I am very convinced this to be a legal scam in which they provide clients with basic litigation assistance in the form of written files containing wording that could be easily be found on the internet, hoping to get lucky with the court verdict, but when it comes to follow up with real legal assistance after a negative verdict they don’t even return calls or talk to clients anymore. I am very disappointed and I feel I was misrepresented and ripped off.
