We had a garage door installed by this company. I came home from work to give the installers access to our garage. Shortly after returning to work, I received a call from the installer informing me that he had "accidentally" opened the door to our home, and the alarm was going off. There was NO reason for these men to open that door. Thank goodness for my alarm system. Glad I have the message from the alarm company, on my house phone, with the date, time, and where the alarm was reported.
Once the door was installed it looked very good. When my husband got home, he discovered that the door opener was not the one we ordered, and paid a substantial amount of extra money for. It was so cheap that it won't even sync to the opener installed in my car. When my husband called to have it corrected, we were told that they don't even stock the opener we paid for.
Hoping they will make it right. I would use caution if you are considering using this company.
