Worst service ever. Ordered a dress in April. They originally sent the wrong dress- it took them two weeks to respond to my request to have the correct dress sent. I mailed back the incorrect dress the next morning (5/17/21)after they finally sent me the label. It’s now June 1 with no updates on the correct dress status. Our event is this Thursday. What a disappointment You can only contact the company via email, which clearly is not monitored. I have tried to contact them on every platform they use to no avail. Would not ever purchase from this company again.
