Our limited visibility to the sales pipeline made it difficult to plan ahead. It can be difficult to make any sort of prediction in our business, but with IDS on our side we got as close as possible so that we could spend our funds wisely and budget appropriately. IDS was instrumental in developing new reports and other systems that tied to performance. This made for great progress.
