False advertising and bad customer service
I sent flowers to my sister for her birthday, what was delivered was so much smaller than pictured (which they clearly state that it will come as pictured) and no ribbon. I understand substitution of flowers but not using LESS flowers, and what kind of florist does not have ribbon to put on vase??

I sent email stating flowers were less than what was in the picture and no ribbon. They asked me to send pictures, I did, this was their reply:

“ We appreciate the picture you have sent of the arrangement and apologize that you are unhappy with the delivered item. We've reviewed the picture and our florist followed the substitution policy and recipe promptly, as it states on the website. The flowers are not wilted nor dead so there is nothing further we are able to do.”

I never said anything about them being wilted or dead...that wasn’t my issue!! They just put in a standard denial...They could care less!!! That’s fine, I will be posting on every review site out there. I wish I could add pictures here to show the difference!! Rip off artists that use the old bait and switch with no customer service to back it up!!!
