I am weary now!!
|
I am not sure if I trust this company 100%. When I got my diamond earrings which were 1 carat total weight they look smaller it could be because it was a four prong martini set. However the representative told me that the earrings would appear larger in that particular setting and that is why I chose it. Another thing I found out is the authenticity card stating that AGA graded my diamond and has a picture of my diamond earrings on there. However when I looked at the butterfly backing it was not the same. They showed a picture of a rigid edge for screw types of posts. So I sent the pictures to them to prove it. I don’t believeHad them graded by AGA with my earring and backing. Now I hear stories where the grade was not up to par with what they were selling I was hoping to eventually upgrade my diamond earrings eventually to 2 carat total weight hearing now I’m having second thoughts. The best thing to do is go to the jewelers in your area and make sure it is a GIA grade. Although AGA is a par with GIA grading. I think they use another pair of earrings and use that as the grade for my diamonds they are quite slow in responding. I would want a full refund because if this is the case about the authenticity it is fraudulent the picture is proof in itself. The backings of the earrings are so tiny that I could barely put it on or take it off I’ve never seen such tiny ones in my life so I am thinking of returning them with a full refund with shipping included and just buy pair of earrings here where I live. I will change my review based on their answers to me. Otherwise if I’m totally unsatisfied I will report it to the Better Business Bureau also. And call AGA laboratory to see if they indeed graded my diamond earrings in my name.
