i was made aware of triggers and why i felt anger as well as how to turn feelings into positives. By assessing my past angers i also now realize what feelings were justified and what ones were issues of my own. it helped me to be less depressed and feel going forward i can learn from and make anger my friend instead of letting it control me and by my enemy. i recommend this class to everyone who ever feels angry which is all of us
