I brought my Infiniti G35 Coupe into this shop for rear bumper damage repair on February 1, 2010 and left it in their care, custody and control. I went to pick up the car on Monday February 8, 2010 and the shop personnel stated that the car was missing and they did not know where it was and that it may have been stolen or towed away. The car was later located in a police tow yard and is now a "total loss" My car went from having minor damage to a total loss while at this shop. I would not recommend leaving a vehicle here. If you do decide to use this shop, please write down the mileage of your car upon entering the shop and ask where the vehicle will be stored. Ask who will have access to the keys while the vehicle is at the shop. Determine if your vehicle has any type of mechanical damage which would require a test drive by anyone at this shop. Taking these precautions will definitely help avert the terrible situation I am experiencing now.
