Second experience
It was my second time using those guys to ship my 2011 ford edge, I had an awesome experience for my first time. Although I expected the same service for my second experience but I had hard time until I got my car in Austin , TX.
I called Chris on Sep 20th who I had spoken with in my first delivery, as a normal exercise I had provided the details to him until my order got booked.
He was asking me 2 days window would needed to get the car loaded on truck so, I expected that my car will get loaded on truck on 22 of sep since I had a flight on 23 sep and couldn’t wait more than a day. I explained him that I would have a flight on 23th so I’ve asked him to make sure that the car has to be loaded no later than sep 23th.
I called Chris on sep 22th morning, he said the order was assigned to a driver and as scheduled driver will call me prior to pick up for scheduling pick up time and …. OMG… on sep 23th Chirs called me and said “I do apologize, the contractor carrier canceled the order and refused to load this car as it was non running. he was asking me to give him another 48 hours to get another carrier or I would have another option and should drive and drop off it in the company yard until it gets load on truck. I was happy to hear they could get my car picked up before my flight. I was willing to pay extra for that, but Chris told me they wouldn’t charge extra as it was their fault.
Well, I didn’t have another option so, I chose the second option and I walked in the office and drop my car off in the company yard.
Long story short, I got my car exactly 2 days after I left the city.
